Engage with the Community for Two Days of Exceptional Festivities at St Kilda's Festival
Originally created to raise the profile of St Kilda, this festival is now a key event in Melbourne's music scene that brings together and engages the St Kilda community, as well as the city as a whole. This free festival is open to all! The 42nd edition of the festival is condensed into two days of exceptional festivities featuring more than 50 up-and-coming and established artists!
Aboriginal Music at the Heart of a Unifying Festival
First People Firsts is dedicated to Aboriginal music and pays tribute to this culture by giving the stage to Australia's original community. Take to the main stage at St Kilda's foreshore or O'Donnell Gardens for a day full of activities and concerts in honour of Aboriginal culture.
Experience Live Performances from your Favourite Artists and Discover New Talent
The second day features the country's biggest names in music on various stages set up for the occasion. Rock, alternative, pop and more, this festival is sure to please all music lovers. Confidence Man, Christine Anu and many others will be on stage.
You will also be able to listen to the young artists who passed the selections of last year's New Music Competition and who won the right to perform at this talent-building festival.
To make sure you are well organised for this event, check out the festival map and the music programme on the various stages.
