Is your service really free?
Yes. Our advice, applications and visa support cost you nothing. Schools pay us a commission when you enrol, and your tuition is the same either way. The only money you pay is the government visa fee, your tuition and your health cover — none of which comes to us.
How long does a student visa take?
It depends on your country, your course and how complete your application is. Home Affairs publishes current processing times, and we'll give you a realistic estimate for your specific case on the first call rather than a number that sounds good.
I'm already in Australia. Can you still help?
Yes — a large share of the students we work with are already onshore. We handle course transfers, new enrolments and visa renewals.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We tell you honestly before lodging if we think your case is weak, because a refusal makes future applications harder. If a refusal does happen, we go through the decision with you and talk through the options, including review rights and reapplying.
Do you speak my language?
Our team advises in English, Spanish and French, and you can switch the enquiry form to your language on our contact page.
