Meet the Team
Julie
Julie arrived in Australia (from France) in 2010 at the age of 20. After travelling around the country on her Working Holiday visa, she wanted to continue her studies in an English-speaking country to open her professional horizons. After investigating the high quality education offered in Australia, she decided to study here on a student visa. At that time there was not much information available to help her. It was then that the idea of opening her own agency came up. After a few years working in the education sector as a marketing manager for different schools, she opened Study Destination with the aim of helping French backpackers to stay and study in Australia. After 10 years the agency has grown to other nationalities and we are now helping more than 700 students per year to study and live in Australia.

Carla
Carla was born in Spain and lived there most of her life, until one day she decided she needed a change: she crossed the Atlantic and today she lives in Argentina.
She graduated as a Real Estate Auctioneer and Broker, as well as dedicating herself to the world of graphic design... a bit of a strange fusion.
Today she is happy to be part of what will be one of the best experiences of your life. Your journey around the world begins today, a bit scary isn't it? 😱
Well yeah, but we all know that the best stories are never easy decisions to make, and this time is no different. 🥺
So all that's left is to say is... Let's close our eyes and trust the experts 🤭
Juliette
I left France almost 4 years ago, and before coming to Australia, I spent 8 months travelling through Latin America — a trip that opened my eyes, pushed me out of my comfort zone, and sparked a real love for human connection and cultural discovery.
I’ve now been living in Australia for two and a half years, between the East and West coasts, as well as some truly remote places in the outback where I got to meet people from all walks of life and take on all kinds of jobs. It’s been an incredible adventure.
Back in France, I did a master's degree in Business Development and I worked in sales for a national recruitment agency. On the side, I worked for a real estate owner, helping students find accommodation in Paris. That’s when I realised how much I love advising and supporting others - especially young people, during key moments of their lives.
What really drives me is helping people and making a real impact. I’ve always loved listening, advising, and guiding others - it’s what fulfills me the most, and what I try to bring into my career now.
Caro
My name is Caroline, but everyone calls me Caro. I have two big passions in life: skateboarding and helping people build their future.
I arrived in Melbourne in 2013, fresh out of university with a Bachelor in Languages but no real work experience. From day one, I knew I wanted to build my life here — I just didn’t know how.
After meeting my partner, I was introduced to a student adviser who encouraged me to study Commercial Cookery. As chefs were in high demand, I completed my Certificate IV, secured employer sponsorship, and shared my visa journey with my partner by my side.
Twelve years later, I am a proud Australian citizen. My migration journey shaped who I am, and today I’m passionate about guiding others. I truly believe everyone has a place in this beautiful country — and I’m here to help you find yours.

Iván
I have been living my life according to some very simple values: Making a positive impact on the lives of others, helping people learn, enjoy and grow. For me, life is truly fulfilling when shared and lived with passion.
I am a student of history and programming, a lover of music and bands like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Queen and AC/DC, detail-oriented and always trying to put myself in other people's shoes and learn about other ways of perceiving life.
Life taught me to embrace the unknown and I encourage you to do the same. Don't worry! There will always be someone to guide and help you along the way.
