This 12 hours course provides the essentials for coffee-making and cafe know-how to help you be confident for your interview or trial. You will learn all about the work of a barista from start to finish. From how to make a coffee, and how to sell it, to the terminology of all coffees and coffee art, including the maintenance of a professional coffee machine.

What to wear?
Students must wear closed-toe shoes and hair must be tied back to comply with occupational health and hygiene standards.
What else should I do?
Students should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the course (8.45am).
